What to expect from a group facilitated Past-Life Regression:
- You will be sitting or reclining in a comfortable position. Carol will gently assist you to achieve a relaxed state of mind (light hypnosis) and then gently guide you into a past life or past lives for your own personal discovery.
- Your intention for the session can be for your highest level of good or to discover the meaning behind certain likes, dislikes, behaviors, issues or addictions.
Bring a pillow, blanket and note pad. Coffee, tea and reverse osmosis water will be provided. Due to Heath department regulations we are not able to bring in our own food. Snacks may be purchased in the café.
